Tava is very calm and puts you at ease immediately. He listens to what you need and then explains what he can do to help. Tava explained everything about my procedure very clearly, answered all my questions, ensuring I was fully informed. I have full confidence in him, he provided exceptional pre, during and post care. He is professional and very respectful. Sally his PA is awesome, she is very caring, very efficient, warm, welcoming and genuine. A great team.
